Body Work - Kroppsmedvetenhet The Bodywork group is an unique opportunity to get in tune with your body and help to initiate its self-healing qualities. Have you ever felt as if you consisted of different parts, that those parts are not really working together and making you feel split and unfocused? In this group you will discover how to bring the different elements of your being into alignment and create more integration in your life. When we neglect our bodies we become physically and emotionally sick. Working directly with the body releases tensions and blocks, it also heals old traumas thus freeing the body's potential. We will work with different approaches including Bio-energetics, breath exercises, divine healing and Qi-gong, Massage, social interaction, feedback, sharing and creativity. Sharing with others in an atmosphere of friendship and acceptance will deepen the experience. The goal is a nourished soul and an open heart in a vibrant and alive body. Personal Power - Personlig Kraft In this workshop you will learn the difference between the power of response and the trap of reaction. Automatic behavior blocks your spontaneity and your ability to love and to take responsibility. If you have the choice between responding and reacting, which way will you go? Following your intuition is liberating. When you start trusting your personal power, you become your own authority. Intimacy - Närhet & Intimitet Everybody wants intimacy and yet we are all afraid of it. Once you realize your fear of intimacy, it can become a great turning point in your life. By becoming aware of your conditioning and starting to make conscious choices, you can drop your fears and shame, begin to accept yourself as you are and trust your vulnerability. Allow softness and receptivity and feel safe to enjoy heartful communion with others. Through giving and receiving love a deep sense of self-love will emerge. Self Healing - Själv länkande To be in tune with our bodies we need to be in touch with our feelings. Holding onto anger, trauma and pain is the first step to create dis-ease and sickness in the body. By expressing our emotions we keep our bodies healthy and free of tension . Sangitama will use a variety of techniques to enable us to heal our bodies and to free the potential for feeling loving, creative, and enjoying life to the max.
